Vlad Tepes was born in Sighisoara, an German Saxon town located in Transylvania. He was the second son of his father, who was a prince of Wallachia. Still, the fact that he was born in Transylvania is important.

As he grew Transylvania would have a special place in his eyes, and he was at war with the princedom of Transylvania and the Turks. He could have been a peace maker but that wasn't the times.

Still he was considered a local warlord by some and a defender of Romanian people by others. What was the big thing that created this legendary personality? And Now did the second son of a prince of Wallachia rise to power?
